The Manfrotto 244RC Variable Friction Arm incorporates a large locking knob and quick release camera plate with secondary safety lock. Variable friction and locking of arm is obtained by adjusting knob. 5/8" male stud on ball joint with 3/8" and 1/4-20" female thread. The Manfrotto 244RC works especially well with 035 Super Clamp.
