What payment methods do you accept?

 Credit Card
No Surcharge on Visa or Mastercard
All major credit cards are accepted via our industry standard 256Bit SSL secured payment gateway during the checkout process.
Credit card is the easiest, fastest method of placing and paying for an order.
We do not pass on card surcharges to our customers on Visa or Mastercard transactions.
AMEX will attract a nominal surcharge of 2%.
If would like to pay using credit card but do not feel comfortable submitting your card details online you can select to supply your card details via phone after you complete your order.
We strongly recommend against emailing your card details. Please contact us promptly after placing your order to ensure no processing delays occur.
Due to the volume of fraudulent orders we may request you to verify your card if your order fails our in house security check.
We will send you an email with the very simple steps on how to verify your card.
This system is in place to not only protect TechBuy from chargebacks but also to protect the credit cards rightful owner.


Direct Deposit    (International customers this is the same as ( Wire Transfer or T/T ) ) 
Direct payment from your bank account to ours.
This payment method has increased in popularity over the past ten years due to the advent of internet banking.
You can also go to your local branch to complete the transaction.
If you select direct deposit during the payment step of the checkout we will include our bank details in your order confirmation email.

Please process payment after placing your order to expedite processing, funds must clear before your order is despatched.
Payment typically clears next business day when paying from a non Commonwealth Bank account and at times same day when using CBA.
Important: include your order number as the transaction reference when processing your payment.
Faxing or emailing the payment confirmation is not required provided you include the order number when making payment.

BPay
What is BPay? BPay is a convenient, fast and easy way to pay for your order.
   
BPAY is an electronic bill payment service offered by Australia's leading financial institutions as a core feature of Internet and phone banking. BPAY gives you the option of paying your bills at any time, day or night, on any day of the year, saving you time and reducing the hassle of paying bills. If you do not have access to internet banking you may wish to save time by using phone banking with BPay to pay for your order. If you have internet banking we recommend direct deposit as it is faster for both payments and refunds if needed.
Please process your BPay transaction after placing your order to expedite processing, the BPay payment must clear before your order is despatched. Please allow up to two days for the transaction to clear.
Reversals usually take 2-3 days. Bpay reversals are manually processed by a BPay representative at our bank. Due to this manual factor we ask for your patience as refunds have taken up to two weeks to clear in the past.


Paypal
No Surcharge on PayPalWhat is PayPal
   
PayPal is an online service that enables you to pay, send money, and accept payments without revealing your financial information. PayPal is linked to your bank account or credit card.
To pay for your order using PayPal you will need a verified PayPal account.
Verified Paypal users can pay using the PayPal Express Checkout.
Due to increase in fraudulent orders Techbuy only accepts payment from verified PayPal accounts.
This protects both us and you, in cases where your PayPal details are stolen and used with us.
Your payment clears when your order is completed online and your shipping details will be obtained from PayPal.
Below is the standard process to complete an order using PayPal.

Checkout
You will be redirected to the PayPal site and prompted to login and complete payment.
Freight is not included in the total at this point.
You will be returned to Techbuy to select freight, freight insurance and finalise your order.
Once finalised, payment is automatically completed between PayPal and Techbuy.
You will receive your regular order confirmation email from us as well as PayPal with transaction details.
You should also see the transaction on your PayPal account when logged in.
If you pay by "Echeck" they can take from 4 to 10 days to be processed and we do not ship until the payment is cleared by Paypal.
Initial payments for all orders must be completed via the checkout.
If you adjust your order and additional payments are manually processed please send funds to [email protected]. (The parent company of Camerafarm.com.au)
Please do not pay for orders by selecting an alternative payment method and manually sending money as your payment may be refunded and processing of your order delayed.


Cheque
Personal and Business cheques must be cleared before goods will be shipped.
Cheques must also clear before goods are released for pickup and may require photo ID on pickup.
Please make payment to "Techbuy Pty Ltd" only. (The parent company of Camerafarm.com.au)


EFTPOS
Eftpos facilities are available in our storefront via our St George bank terminal. 

Wire Transfer or  T/T  known as Direct Deposit in Australia
 Wire Transfer  or T/T is a payment directly from your bank account to ours. 
This payment method has increased in popularity over the past ten years due to the advent of internet banking.
You can also go to your local branch to complete the transaction.
If  you select direct deposit during the payment step of the checkout this will be the same as wire ot T/T we will include our bank details in your order confirmation email.
Please make the payment as soon as possible after placing your order to expedite processing, 
Funds must clear into our bank before your order is despatched. 
Payment typically clear into our bank from international accounts within 3 to5 days
Faxing or emailing the payment confirmation is not required provided you include the order number when making payment.
