The Nissin Di466 Speedlite iTTL for Nikon is an ideal flash for a number of applications from sports to wedding photography and from indoors to outdoors. The TTL exposure level can be manually adjusted to desired personal level. Within +3/4ev., the default of TTL exposure level is adjustable for original exposure default, at 1/4ev. Step. Clip the flash on the camera, and it follows what your camera commands. The Di466 also synchronizes to the master flash which is set at either TTL or non-TTL mode. The master flash can be either cameras built-in flash, camera manufacturers original flash, third partys flash or studio flash system.
In a poor lighting condition, the camera sends a signal to a flash unit to give a focus assist light to help cameras focusing system. Di466 emits LED ray for a second to light up the subject and help cameras AF system. With each cell placed in the same direction, this enables you to load the batteries simply and quickly in a poor light situation. Easy reloading, snap-in magazine, and capturing the moment without fail. Pin hook lock gives secure attachment to hot shoe. Also available is a filter guide rail, quick follow zoom reflector, wide-angle diffuser, fill-in flash reflector and firmware upgrade service contact.
This versatile unit features a guide number of 33m (108ft) at 100 ISO. Flash exposure compensation is provided in six steps by half stop increments of -1.5, -1.0, -0.5, +0.5, +1.0, +1.5 by controlling a switch on the back panel.
