Web Support + Data Entry + suit School Leaver

We are looking for a keen team player to work with our support staff updating and maintaining the Techbuy website with a wide range of products using our custom software.

The position would suit a school leaver who has an interest in the Internet as web updating/support training will be provided.

You would be taught to add, edit, update and maintain the products displayed on the Techbuy and it's associated Websites.

You will need to have a good attention to detail and able to learn quickly, we will train in the use of our specialised software.

You must be comfortable phoning our suppliers and taking their phone calls.

You would be joining an enthusiastic team and the following basic requirements must be met.

Any Computeror / Camera / Electronics knowledge will assist your application
The ability to edit pictures and some basic HTML knowledge will again assist your application
You will need to be a self starter able to plan your work and achieve results
Able to use the Internet carry out product searches and verification of the products.
Age open.
Will accept male or female for the position.
Must be a team player
Drivers Licence is not essential.
Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Good command of English is essential must be able to spell, read and write clearly.

We are located in Silverwater with train/bus access from Auburn Station.

Warranty Support coordinator

We have a position available for a warranty support person.
The job role requires knowledge of computer hardware and the ability to diagnose and interpret customers fault descriptions.
The issuing of Return Authorisation Numbers (RA's)
Arranging for faulty items to be returned to the Suppliers
Keeping track of warranty requests and returns.
Supporting our customers to ensure they are looked after and their warranty requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

Customer / Product Support

The position requires someone with experience of providing customer support handling telephone enquires and responding to emails from customers as well as looking after our dealer and retail customers sales inquiries.

You must also be comfortable phoning customers and taking their phone calls as well as offering tech support when required.
You will be phoning and emailing our suppliers and taking their phone calls as well as providing assistance to the purchasing departement.
Looking after the ETA's for customers orders and advising of delays or issues that may arise on a customers order.
In addition you would be assisting with the product entry and updating.

You would be joining an enthusiastic team and the following basic requirements must be met.

- You will be a self starter and be able to plan your work and achieve results
- Age is open
- Will accept male or female for the position
- You MUST be a team player
- Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- A good command of english is essential to allow you to read and write clearly as technical issues will need to be addressed in the emails and internal reports.

We will provide training in the use of our software.
